Project Overview

The Town and Village of Canton are updating their 2018 Local Waterfront Revitalization Plan (LWRP) to establish a unified vision for the community’s waterfront resources along the Grasse River and Oswegatchie River. This update will revisit the community’s goals for waterfront access, flood resilience, recreation, land and water use, and implementation strategies, while ensuring consistency with State coastal policies.
