The Joint Comprehensive Plan is designed to serve the Town of Middletown, and both the Villages of Margaretville and Fleischmanns, in establishing a vision, a set of goals, and recommendations that will guide future development, land use, and municipal programming across all three jurisdictions. This joint planning approach reflects best practices in planning and provides a cost-effective alternative to separate planning efforts, while also fostering collaboration between the neighboring municipalities.
