Project Overview

The Town of Van Buren is in the process of updating its Comprehensive Plan, which will serve as a blueprint for land use, housing, transportation, economic development, and quality of life over the next 10–15 years. The plan will reflect the community’s vision and values, providing guidance for how the Town should grow and change while protecting its unique assets.

The community survey has now closed, and a summary of the results is available below. Additional opportunities for public engagement are coming soon. Online interactive tools will be posted in the weeks ahead and a public workshop is being scheduled for the end of October.
