The Burdick–Genesee Corridor Strategic Plan is intended to establish a comprehensive and community-driven roadmap for the future of this critical gateway. Its purpose is to bring structure and clarity to an area that has experienced rapid growth, ensuring that future development aligns with community values, market trends, and sustainable planning principles.
